Organizational structure

The organizational structure of each Union Parishad is one and the same. Because the activities of the Union Parishad are conducted according to the same policy from the local government department. Union Parishad Chairman is the head of this structure. He is an elected representative. Together with him, 9 members of 9 wards and 3 reserved seats, a total of 13 representatives form the Union Council.
Each Union Parishad has a UP Secretary, Accounts Assistant cum Computer Operator and UDC Entrepreneur to assist in administrative and clerical activities. 1 Daphadar to assist the Secretary, 9 village police in 9 wards. The structure of Union Parishad is the combined form of Chairman, Secretary, Accounting Assistant Secretary, UDC Entrepreneur and Village Police.
