Job description
Job description of the project:

A. Selection of 36 women beneficiaries in each union in light of the criteria set by the project;

b. Creation of 12 months of employment for the beneficiaries in various works such as road repair, pond and field renovation, dam renovation and repair, tree plantation etc. under the scheme decided by the Union Parishad;
c. 250/- (Two Hundred and Fifty) daily wages. 50/- (fifty) rupees will be deposited as a wage scheme for the purpose of creating a future investment fund;

d. Providing necessary training to women beneficiaries in 06 subjects (health and nutrition, women-men relationship development, women's rights, climate change and disaster response, self-study simple calculations, leadership development and small entrepreneurs):
e. Provide skill enhancement training aimed at involving women in various income-generating activities by determining the training needs after verifying the market potential in the respective districts;

f. Providing formal employment in export oriented industries by imparting more training to qualified and interested women beneficiaries;
G. Providing necessary assistance in starting profitable small business permanently by investing one-time money received in compulsory savings account after completion of 12 months cycle and;

h. Making Union Parishads free of plastic pollution through plastic waste management;
